Broken Ankle is one of the more fascinating duotone lacquers we offer. One of our To Much to Drink Collection. It starts out Dark Purple when COLD and Milky White with a slight Purple hue when WARM.  Lots of holographic glitter in this lacquer. This is a show stopper and an eye catcher.
